Delivery over the Holiday & New Year Period:
We will be processing & shipping orders every business day.
We will be closed on weekends & public holidays + 30th December.
For delivery before Christmas we recommend placing your order by 9am Monday 19th Dec
(for large items/travel covers to regional areas we recommend placing orders by 15th Dec)

How much is delivery?
(excludes Travel/Multi Board Covers and Travel Luggage).
For orders under $50 a shipping fee of $5.95 will apply.
For Travel/Multi Board Covers and Travel Luggage a $15 shipping fee will apply.

Express Second Day Shipping
Express Second Day Shipping service is available for fins, leashes, tail pads & singe board covers placed before 2 p.m. PST Monday-Friday for in-stock items only.
This service is not available for Bulky Luggage & Travel/Multi Board Covers.
If your order qualifies for this service it will appear under the Shipping Options on the Check Out page.
An additional charge of $4.95 is charged at the checkout for this service.
Deliveries for second day service are made Mondays through Fridays only -excluding any public holidays.
All orders are subject to verification.
Who delivers our product?
Small items are shipped via standard ground delivery- your package will arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Medium to large size items are delivered via UPS.
Does someone need to be there when my order is delivered?
While a signature is not required for delivery, we recommend shipping to an address where someone will be present in an effort to avoid lost or misplaced packages.
When using a work address, make sure you clearly include the name of the business.
Packages being shipped to a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (like a UPS store) must include a mailbox number.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, small orders (fins, leash, traction etc) can be delivered to a PO Box.
However, large orders (boardbags, luggage) can not be delivered to a PO Box.
Do you ship to Hawaii?
Yes, we can ship all items to Hawaii.
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with your unique tracking ID and a link to track its progress.
If your item is in stock, we will do our very best to ship it from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but to be safe allow 5-7 business days from receipt of dispatch confirmation. We will do our best to have your product delivered promptly.
You can track the progress of your delivery by using the tracking link and tracking number that we will send you via email.
Do you ship internationally?
