To ensure your gifts arrive in time for the holidays, please note the following shipping cut-off dates:

  • Ground Shipping: Order by December 16th
  • 2-Day Shipping: Order by December 20th

How much is delivery?

FREE DELIVERY applies for orders over $50 (excludes Travel/Multi Board Covers and Travel Luggage).

For orders under $50 a shipping fee of $5.95 will apply.

For Travel/Multi Board Covers and Travel Luggage a $15 shipping fee will apply per item.

Express Second Day Shipping 

Express Second Day Shipping service is available for fins, leashes, tail pads & singe board covers placed before 2 p.m. PST Monday-Friday for in-stock items only. 
This service is not available for Bulky Luggage & Travel/Multi Board Covers.
If your order qualifies for this service it will appear under the Shipping Options on the Check Out page.
An additional charge of $15 is charged at the checkout for this service.
Deliveries for second day service are made Mondays through Fridays only -excluding any public holidays.
All orders are subject to verification. Please note that Express 2nd Day Shipping shipping refers to 2 business days. We are not liable for lost packages, longer than advertised shipping times, or shipping delays due to the shipping carrier. If you are experiencing one of these issues, please reach out to our customer service team for help. If you need a package to arrive somewhere by a certain time, please put that information in your order notes, and we will do our best to accommodate. Please take extra caution when shipping to hotels and locations where the customer is not a resident. If there is a departure date, please specify that in order notes. We are not liable for shipments that arrive post-departure. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed to hotels for these reasons.

Please note we cannot offer Express Second Day Shipping to residents in Hawaii.

 

Delivery to Freight Forwarders.

Please note we DO NOT ship to Freight Forwarding addresses. If you place an order with a Freight Forwarder address, we reserve the right to cancel your order, or you can change to an alternative postal address.

 

Who delivers our product?

Small items are shipped via standard ground delivery- your package will arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Medium to large size items are delivered via UPS or USPS depending on the region.

 

Does someone need to be there when my order is delivered?

While a signature is not required for delivery, we recommend shipping to an address where someone will be present in an effort to avoid lost or misplaced packages.  
When using a work address, make sure you clearly include the name of the business.  
Packages being shipped to a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (like a UPS store) must include a mailbox number.  

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, small orders (fins, leash, traction etc) can be delivered to a PO Box.
However, large orders (boardbags, luggage) can not be delivered to a PO Box. 

 

Do you ship to Hawaii?

Yes, all items other than our Travel Series Board Covers can be shipped to Hawaii.

However, please note we cannot ship via Express 2nd Day Shipping service.

 

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with your unique tracking ID and a link to track its progress.

 

Delivery times:

All orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). If your item is in stock, we will do our very best to ship it from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but to be safe allow 5-7 business days from receipt of dispatch confirmation. We will do our best to have your product delivered promptly.
You can track the progress of your delivery by using the tracking link and tracking number that we will send you via email.

 

Do you ship internationally?
