FCS Bodyboard Bicep Leash

Smooth rotation at both swivels, plastic strap loop makes it so much easier to tighten the strap since you don't have to manually hold in place one side of the velcro and pull the other side at the same time, which is often the case on other bicep/wrist leashes without said loop.
