  • Overview

    • The MB template offers freedom to perform tight turns in the pocket with an emphasis on speed.
    • Sitting in the reactor family, the MB is considered a high performance fin because it responds incredibly fast, but still offers enough control so you can confidently lay into a turn with plenty of force.

    Ideal Conditions

    • A wide range of conditions, particularly good in critical overhead waves.

    Board Types

    • Designed to fit the FCS II Fin System.
    • Performance shortboards and hybrid models.

    Fin Family

    • Reactor: Find Speed. Speed, tight turns & snaps.

  • Performance Core Carbon

Often referred to as PC Carbon or PCC, these fins are highly responsive and feature strategically placed carbon that’s designed to complement the fin template. PCC fins suit fast surfing and are favored by power surfers who like to perform explosive turns on critical parts of the wave.

    Well rounded, reliable.

These are great. They’re fast, react well but are quite well rounded. I feel I can put them in any of my boards and they’ll perform.

    Fun review

Not to crazy about the graphics on the fins . So far the fins have impressed. Some good south swells will seal the deal I’m sure . Glad I purchased a set .

    Awesome fins!

These fins are amazing! They’re set further back and perform great. I’ve ridden Mayhems before and these certainly did not disappoint. I highly recommend these fins!

    Good board to great

I have been using these fins in an 80’s style modern shortboard. It is longer, narrower and flatter in rocker compared with typical HPSB’s. Compared with reactor’s this fin set made the board significantly easier to ride both forehand and backhand without any loss of performance. The board with mb fins is now a keeper.
